In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk�on both sides of St. Albans St. from
Fairmonnt Ave. to Goodrich Ave. a.nd by doing all other work which is necessary and

under Preliminary Order 22167� approved Januarv 27, 1965
The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance '
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewa.lk on both sides of St. A1'bans St. from Fairmount Ave. to
C�oodrich Av�e. and by doing all other work which is necegsary and incidenta.l to
complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks no�r esist. ,
, with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3•25 �er 1in. ft. for 5' Walk
$3.80 per 1in, ft, for 6' walk �
Resolved Further, 7.`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the��3rd day of
I�a.rch,�,Q65 - , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Gfhamber o� the Court
Iiouse and City Hall Building in the City o� St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
