Council to hold a public hearing to consider any complaints

date for the purpose of creating a lien on the property known as

Patrick J. and Honora Harrington, 190 East Minnehaha Ave.

In this matter the following resolutions were adopted by the City
Council :
C.F. 214�745, adopted by the Council September 18, 1963 (published
. September 21, 1963) set a public hearing at 10 A. M. October 11,
1963. �
C.F. 215095, adopted by the Council October 15, 1963 (published
October 19, 1963, ) ordered the wrecking by and at the separate
cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in con-
trol thereof.
C.F. 216118, ado ted by the Council January 8, 1964, (pu�lished
� January 11, 1964� directed the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
And Public Buildings to enter the premises and wreck and remove
the dwelling and accessory' building thereon, and do any and all
things• therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and '
adjoining prop�rty.
C.F. 217566, adopted by the Council April 17, 1964 (published
April 18, 1964) � approved the award of the contract for wrecking
to A. Kamish Company for the sum of $415.00 in accordance With
specifications and Informal Bid No. 6603. ,
C.F. 220909, ad�pted by the Council December 3, 1964 (pul�lished
December 5, 1964) provided that the wrecking expense of $415.00

and expense of� the Department of Parks And Recreation And Pub-
lic Buildings in connection with the condemnation in the amount
of $58.17, making a total of $473.17, be paid out of Wrecking
Buildings- Demolition Account of the General Fund 0976-256, and
in the event said sum proves collectible from the owner of same
is to be credited to 0976-256. .
The buildings have been satisfactorily wrecked and a Registered
Bill mailed to� the owners.
We are requesting you to hold a public hearing with ten days '
notice to consider any complaints about the expenses incurred
and' to confirmRthe amount. The Council resolution confirming
the expense should end with a directive to the City Clerk to
file a statement of expense for the purpose of securing a lien
on the propertjr. _
