This is in reply to the referral of the application of Kraus-
Anderson of St.Pau1 Co. for a-permit to install and operate a

Tract C, Registered Land Survey # 91 files of Registrar of • '
' Titles, County of Ramsey, State of Minn.,described as follows: _
geginning at the intersection of the W. line of said Tract C '
and the N. R/W line of U. $. I3ighway # 12; thence N. along said
- W. li'ne 150' ; �thence E. at right angles ,150' ; thence S. at right , �
angles to said N. R/W line; thence YVIy along said N. R/W line
to the point of beginning. The property is zoned commercial. '
� The Board of Zoning' considered this matter at its regular meet- .
ing on January 5, 1965. The staff reported that the applicant's
plan met all of the standards for this type of facility and had
also been approved by the-Traffic �Engi�neer�and the State High- • '
- - way Department. In consideration of these factors'; �the Board , -
of Zoning recommends. the;,granting of.the application �for' a,.-
permit to install and_ operate a filling station_ on the above '
