which resolution� directed the wrecking and removal of the
single family dwelling and shed on Lot 8, Block 29, Subdi-
vision of B ocksi 28 and 29, Stinson, Brown�Cnd Ramsey' s �ddi-
tion� a�l's�o�nown� as 488 Omaha Street, • as publ'ished in the
official paper. �
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation` proceedings and the structures have not been
repaired or removed. Please proceed with the condemnation ac-
tion which will �authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recre-
ation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structures thereon and to do any and all
things �t�erein riecessary for the protection of life, limb,
and adjoining property.
