AHEFiEAS, said Commission,..in letter dated March 3, 1965,
-� from Francis M. Tompkins, Executive Secretary, to Robert-B.
�erber, City Clerk, has reques�ed that the City Couneil approve
said contracts and authorize the proper City officiala to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Saint Paul; now, therefore, be it

�RESOI,VED, That the Council of the City of Sain`t Pau.l hereby
authorizes, approves and ratifies the action of the Hospital
Facility Building Commission in the premises and authorizes the
