�VHEREAS, the Department o£ Public �9orks of the City
of Saint Paul has compiled and authorized. the issuance of a
bound volume entitled. "Specifications for Street and Sewer
Construction"; and
_ jVf-�REAS, such Specifications ha.ve been authorized,
approved. and ad.opted pursuant to Council Resolution No. 192077,
adopted and approved. April 28, 1959; and
. WHEREAS, the Depaxtment o£ Public Ntorks of the City
o£ Saint Paul has authorized certain changes and additions to
such Specificatians; now, therefore, be �it
RESOLVED, that such changes ancl additions to the
Specifications are hereby authorized, approved., adopted and
made a part of all contracts entered into between the City of
Saint Paul and various parties, in which reference is made to
such General Specifications of the City of Saint Paul, for the
_ construction of public improvements. .
