In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides� of Atty 3t. from Raymond
Ave. to Sc�zdder Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and inc�jdental to
complete said improvement. ,
� under Preliminary Order 222Q16 approved February 19, 1965
The Council of the Gity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, asid the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. Tha,t the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the side�ralk on both sides of Atty St. from Raymond Ave. to Sc�zdder
Ave. a.�d by doing all other work which is necessary a.nd incidental to complete said
ri�provemeat, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist. �
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ �•25 per lin. ft. Por 5' walk
$ 3.80 per lin. Pt. for 6' walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�tb day of
