The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
. upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and• the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement _
" is hereby ordered to be'proceeded with.
� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is _
to impnove QRAND AVEfttJE from Cretin Av�enue to Qa,kland Av�enue by repaving the roadbed
- and the street, alley and driveway returns; by eonstracting and reconatructing pavement,
curbs, sidewalks, traffic control systems, storm Water� dxa,inage facilities and the

Resolved Further, 7`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13th day of
� April, 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
� said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
� hea.ring, the nature of the improvement and the to�al cost thereof as estimated. - '
