RESOLVED, That the Commiseioner of Publia Works be and is hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To investigate the necesaity for, or deairability of, the malang of said improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent a,nd estimated coet of eaid improvement, and the total coet thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement. ,
4. To state whether or not eaid improvement ie asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commiesioner of F�nance.
