RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Worke be and ia hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To investigate the neceseitq for, or deairability of, the making of eaid improvement.
2. To inveatigate the nature, extent and eatimated cost of said improvement, and the total coet thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or aketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or.not eaid improvement ie asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing mattere to 6196��ioner of Finance.
