RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public VPorke be and ie hereby orderad and directed:
1. To inveatigate the necessity for, or desirability of, the making of eaid improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of eaid improvement, and the total ooat thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement. •
4. To state whether or not said improvement ie asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commieaioner of Finance.
