WHEREAS �by �esolutio� adopted November 25, 196�+, Council
File No . 22�26, the Counoil of the City of Saint Paul, did
award the contract for leasing by the Department of Public
Safety of eighteen (18) new 1965 Chevrolet II 100 Series, 2-
door sedans to AAA Leasin$, Ine. in accordanae with the
specifications and the Formal Bid No . 1008 submitted at a price
of $67.00 per car per month; and
WHEREAS, it is to the interes� of �he Department of Publio
Safety to increase the number of, vehicles being leased to twenty-_
one (21) instead of eighteen (18);
- RESOLVED, that the contract for leas3.ng eighteen (18) cars
be a.mended to the exten� of increasing the number of ears being .�
leased to twenty-one (21), �ub�eet to all other conditions of `�
the apeeifications and the Formal Bid No. 1008 of AAA Leasing,
Inc . , and the proper City officials are hereby directed� to �'
execute the amended contract on behalf of the City of Saint
Paul, such contract to run for twenty-four months from .January
