RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
�
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement on
a strip of land 20 feet in width for the purpos'es of constructing
and maintaining a pub1ic sewer on, under and across Lots 32 and
- 33, Sarah's Outlots, said easement being on the south 10 feet of
Lot 32, Sarah's Outlots and on the north 10 feet of �ot 33, Sarah.��s
Outlots. Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for
construction purposes on a strip of land 20 feet in width, said
temporary easement being on the north 20 feet of the south 30 feet
of Lot 32, Sarah's Outlots. Also condemning and taking a temporary
easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 20 feet in width,
said temporary easement being on the south 20 feet of the north 30
feet of Lot 33, Sarah's Outlots, under Preliminary Order No. 190242,
approved December 9, 1958•
RESOlVEO, That all orders in the above matter be .and �
the same are hereby cancelled, annulled, and rescinded,
and all proceedings in such matter discontinued.
