The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement �
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. " .
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to construct and/or reconstruct the side�alk a.nd replace �rS.th integral curb-sidewalk
on both dides of l�th St. from Robert St. to dackson St. and by doing all other
work�which is necessary and it3eidental to complete said�improvemeat, escept where �

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 1�.00 per lin. ft. for 5" mono. `

Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6�h day of
April, 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the to�a1 cost thereof as estimated. _
