- The Council of the Gity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. Tha't the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, and the said improvement
is he'reby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides o� Fry St. from Suaunit Ave. to Portlaad
Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to cvmplete
� said improvement, except where good, and sufFicient s3de�a,lks no�r ex:tst.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 3•�5�x �• ft. for 5' �ralk -

Resolved Further, Z`hat axpublic hearing be had on said improvement on the 6� day of
� April, 1965 � , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G`hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Faul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estima,ted. '
