The subject property was deve�oped in 189� as a double dwelling. At some unknown date, this structure was extended to a three-family use _ \ which did not necessitate an enlargement of the original structure. Because the property is classified as ��B" residence which limits it to a two-family use, the applicant must secure Council authorization � pursuant to Chapter 64.03 of the Legislative Zoning Code to continue _, the use of the property as a thre�-plex. _ _ _*, The Board of Zoning hea�d this request on July 1� 1965.
