PAUL couHCa '"' `'• �= OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK F��E NO UNCIL RESOLUTI N—GENERAL FORM �RESENTED QY � COMMISSIONE DA� WHEREAS, on or about 10:00 a.m. on June 25, 1965, the officers of the Police Department of the City of Saint Paul were pursuing a suspected ' felon in the vici.nity of the paxking lot in front of the Wright Buildi.ng located in the vicinity of Hampden and University Avenues in the City of Saint Paul and said officers did call for assistance from Kevi.n Britton, who at the time was a`private guard and who did render assistance to the police officers during which �time said Kevin Britton was injured; _and WI�REAS, said injury resulted in a loss of $119.75 as set forth in his communication to the City Council dated July 14, 1965, wherein said Kevin Britton made a claim for said amount; now, therefore, ba it RESOLVED, that upon receipt of a release from said Kevin Britton, approved by the Corporation Counsel, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay said claim in the amount of $119.75.
