1 WHEREA5, the City of Saint Paul (City), as part of its public imptovement project to construct
2 Phalen Boulevazd, is in need of street and construction easements from properry owners affected by said
3 project and;

5 WHEREAS, Lang Real Estate Acquisitions, LI,C and Steiner Rea1 Estate Acquisitions, LLC, a property
6 owner affected by the above mentioned project, has agreed to convey the necessary easement rights to the
7 City for the completion of said Phalen Boulevazd; so,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed
to accept the easement rights conveyance from Lang Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC and Steiner Real Estate
Acquisitions, LLC, to the City; and,
FiJRTHER RESOLVED, that for the easement rights conveyed, compensation in the amount of
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) will be paid to Lang Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC and Steiner Real Estate
Acquisitions, LLC this being a faar and reasonable value,
Said sum to charged to Activity Code: CPL C04-2S 146-0789

The City plans to begin construction of the final phase of the Phalen Blvd. Project. Before construction maybe advertised and awarded,
the City must acquize all the necessazy property rights. As pazt of the acquisition process, the Cicy of Saint Paul musi accept the
dedication of certain parcels owned by Lang Rea] Es[ate Acquisiflons, LLC and Steiner Real Esta[e Acquisi[ions, LLC. This resolu[ion
provides acceptance of this dedication
