RESOLVED, That the ��zo-story frame two-family dwelling
on Zot 5, Block 21, Mackubin and Maraha.11 's addition to Sa3nt Paul,
aecording to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the ,
Register bf Deeda of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as
�58 Iglehart Avenue, in Saint Paul, is, by reason of its structural
condi�ion, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and ad�oining
property; that said structure is incapable of' reasonable repair,
repla�ement or remodeling so as to make the same reaso�ably
�---a.safe, and ahould be wreeked and removed from said land; and i�
is ordered that said structure be forthwith- wrecked and removed
from said land by and at the separa�e cost and expense of the
owner, occupan.t, or other person in control t�ereof.
