KOEAII� STUDIOS in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid #1390 of said Koenke Studios fbr the contract price of $1.95.00, such
bid being the lowest and said Koenke Studios bein� a reasona.ble and rel3able bidder,
. a.nd the 8orporation Coun.sel be and hereby is d.irected to cl,raw up the proper form
of contract therefbr, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
