The Coaanissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 223395 approved May llth. 19 65
relative to _reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Simpson St. from Arlint�toa
Ave. to Nebraska Ave. and by doin� all other work which is necessarv and incidental to
complete said improvement.
