A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
hee,rd all pereona, objectione and recommendations relative thereto, �nd having fully considered the eame;
therefore, be it
R,�SOLVED, By the Council of the G4ty of 8aint Paul that the precise nature, extent and ldnd of im-
provement to be made by the eaid City ie
Condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills,
inctuding right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the gradTng and
surfacing with bituminous material EAST WINONA STREET from Brown Avenue to Andrew
Street. ,
and the Council hereby ordere eaid improvemente to be made. � ,
RE80LVED FURTHER, that the following land, lande or eaeements therein be and the eame are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpoee of maldng eaid improvements, via.:
