' The Council of the. City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
. to conde�m aad take an easement �or the purpose of constructing and maintaining a
public sewer on, under and across the westerly �+ ft. of Lot 7, B1ock 2� Morton's
- 2nd Add. from E. Hoyt Ave, to the alley in the rear of said lot. Also condemning
and tak�.ng an easement for constr�zetion purposes on a strip of land 8 feet in
width on the east side of the above easement in. bot 7, Block 2, Morton's 2nd Add.
and a strip o� land 8 feet in width on the Rest side of. the above easement in the
NW�, Section. 20� Township 29� Ra,nge 22. �

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 3�St day of
August, 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manrier grovided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
' hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as estima,ted. •
