COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby
is authorized and directed, in behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
to join in the execution of that certain petition by Rose Lombardi
dated May 2, 1966, for the vacation of section of public street
described as follows:
that part of Payne Avenue described as the south-
westerly 27.5 feet of Lot 6 and the northeasterly
44.5 feet of Lot 7, all in Block 6, Irvinevs 2nd
Addition, except the northwesterly 14 feet thereof.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That such execution of said petition in
behalf of the City of Saint Paul shall be for the purpose of
expressing its assent to the proposed vacation of said section of
public street.
