Pederson Street between Highway #12 and Wilson Avenue,
more particularly described as:
"The East 3001 of Tract C, Registered Land Survey
No. 91 lying south of a line drawn Westerly at right
angles from the East line of said Tract C from a
point on said East line 4481 North of the Southeast
corner thereof, and North of a line measured at right
angles from the East line of said Tract C from a
point 3301 north of the Southeast corner thereof on
file in the Office of the Registrar of Titles within
and for said County ;"
in accordance with plans dated Received June 2, 1966;
subject to compliance with all applicable city ordinances,
State statutes and ru n regulations of public authorities

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a
Permit of George A. Van Doren to construct a filling
station and carwash facility on the West side of
Pederson Street between Highway # 12 and'Wilson Avenue.
The property is described as, the East 300' of Tract;C,
Registered Land Survey No. 91 lying south of a line'
drawn Westerly at right angles from the East line of.
said Tract C from a point on said East line 448' North
of the Southeast corner thereof, and North of a line
measured at right angles from the East line of said
Tract C from a point 330' north of the Southeast corner
thereof on file in the Office of the Registrar of Titles
within & for said County.
At the May 5, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the staff
reported that the plans meet the design standards of
this type facility. The Traffic Engineer has reviewed
the plans as to traffic and recommends approval. There-
fore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the
application for a permit.

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House in the City of
St. Paul at 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 1966, on the application of
George A. Van Doren for a permit to construct a gasoline service
station and car wash on the following property: the east 300 feet
of Tract C. Registered Land Survey No. 91 lying south of a line
drawn westerly at right angles from the east line of said Tract C
from a point on said east line 448 feet north of the southeast
corner thereofp and north of a line measured at right angles from
the east line of said Tract C from a point 330 feet north of the
southeast corner thereof on file in the Office of the Registrar of
Titles within and for said County. The property is located on the
