RESOLVED, That Standard Oil Company be and hereby is
permitted to reconstruct an existing filling station on
property located at the southeast corner of Blair and Snelling
Avenues, more particularly described as Lots 11, 12 and 13 and
N.1 /2 of Lot 14, Block 3, The Hamline Syndicate .Addition No. 2
to Saint Paul, Ramsey Co., Minn., in accordance with final
plans dated Received May 11, 1966; subject to compliance with
all applicable city ordinances, State statutes and rules and
regulations of public authorities having cognizance.

Dear Sir.:
This is written in response to the application for a
Permit to reconstruct an existing filling station by
the Standard Oil Company at the southeast corner of
Blair and Snelling Avenues, described as Lot 11, 12
and 13 and the north one -half of Lot 14, Block 3,
Hamli.ne Syndicate Addition # 2.
At the May 5, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the staff
reported that the plans meet the design standards
for this type facility. The Traffic Engineer has
reviewed the plans as to traffic and recommends appro-
val. Therefore, the Board\of Zoning recommends
approval of the application for the Permit.

Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House in the City of
St. Paul at 10:00 a.m. on June 14, 1966, on the application of
Standard Oil Company for permit to reconstruct an existing gasoline
service station on the following property: Lots 11, 12, 13 and
north 1/2 of 14, Block 3, Hamline Syndicate Addition #2. The property
is located on the southeast corner of Blair and Snelling Avenues.
