hereby is permitted to develop a used -car dismantling yard
on property located on Cumberland and Arundel Streets north
of Englewood Avenue, more particularly described as Lots 6,
7, 81 91 15, and 16, Block 3, and lot 15, Block 2, Neurers
Add.; subject to the condition that the entire property be
screened by a tight fence 7 feet in height, to be constructed
within 90 days, and subject further to compliance with all
applicable city ordinances, State statutes and rules and
regulations of public authorities having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a Permit
to develop a used -car dismantling yard on Cumberland and
Arundel Streets north of Englewood Avenue. The property is
described as Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 15 &- 16, Block 3, 6 Lot 15,
Block 2, Neurer's Addition.
At the May 5, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the staff
reported that this is an application for an extension of an
existing auto dismantling yard. The zoning on the property
is Heavy Industry as is the zoning in the area with the
exception of the frontage along Western Avenue from Como
Boulevard to Minnehaha Avenue. It was the findings of the
Board that the extension of the use would have no detri-
mental effect if properly fenced. Therefore, 'it is the
recommendation of the Board that the application be granted
provided that the entire property be screened by a tight
fence, seven feet in height.

Auto Parts and Salvage Inc. for a permit to extend a used car
