RESOLVED, That Mutual Service Life Insurance Company be
and hereby is granted a permit to construct a 50 -car employee
parking lot on property located on the south side of Charles
Avenue between Fairview and Prior Avenues, more particularly,
described as follows:
Lots 19, 20 and 21, Merriamts Outlots;
-all in accordance with final plans dated Received April 22,
1966; subject to the condition that said applicant- permittee,
and its successors and assigns, shall make due complicance with
all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities having
cognizance.

This is written in response to the application for a
Permit for the Mutual Service Life Insurance Company
to construct a 50 -car employee parking lot on the
south side of Charles Avenue between Fairview and
Prior Avenues, described as Lots 19, 20 and 21,
Merriam Outlots.
At the May 5, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the staff
reported that the plans meet the design standards for
this type facility. The Traffic Engineer has reviewed
the plans as to traffic and recommends approval.
Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of
the application for the Permit.
