WHEREAS, the Hospital Facility Building Commission approved
the following contract and authorized execution of the same on
behalf of the..Commission:
National Cash Register Company, Bid 3019 $79267.41
and
WHEREAS, said Commission, in a letter dated June 10, 19669
from Francis M. Tompkins, Executive Secretary, to Harry Marshall,
City Clerk, a copy of which is hereto attached, has requested that
the City Council approve said contract and authorizes the proper
city officials to.execute the same on behalf of the City of Saint
Paul; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
concurs in, ratifies and approves the action of the Hospital
Facility Building Commission in the premises and authorizes
the proper city officials to execute the aforementioned contract
on behalf of the city.

The Hospital Facility Building Commission has approved the following
contract and has authorized the Chairman, the Secretary., and the
Executive Secretary to sign the contract on behalf of the Commission:
National Cash Register Company Bid 301 $7,267.41
The Hospital Commission respectfully bequests that the City Council
approve the above contract and authorize the Mayor, the City Clerk,
and the Comptroller to sign the contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
