Under date of May 2, 1966, a printed copy of council file No.
228267 was mailed to Young Realty Co., Frances E. Young,
1164 E. Seventh Street, and Minneapolis Federal Savings &
Loan Association 2 East Fourth Street, Saint Paul, which
resolution directed the repair or wrecking and removal of
the two famil �3aln�4 _on Lot 3. John Swainson's Division
of Lots 1, 2,. of Wm . A. Van Slyke's Rearrangement
of Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22, Block 9, Warren & Winslow's Addi-
tion to St. Pauli also known as 422 Mt. Ida Street.

No appeal;has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
repaired or removed. Please proceed with the condemnation
action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And
Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property
and wreck ''and remove the structure thereon, and to do any
and all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb, and adjoining property.
