Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: This Department has been investigating the two family dwell- ing and the garage located at 439 West Central Avenue, which is described as West 1/2 of South 120 feet Lot 17, and Except North 13.5 feet Lot 16, Block 7, Macku in Marshall's Addi- tion. This is a two story frame structure a proximately 66 by' 24. Windows are broken out, floor is torn p, fixtures and parti- tions are smashed, plaster is falling. The garage also is dilapidated. These structures are dang rous to life, limb and adjoining property and should be re aired or wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Royal Realty Company, Endicott on Fourth Building, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted. Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
