WHEREAS, Osceola Partners, Inc. d/b/a Glockenspiel, holds On Sale Liquor and
Sunday On Sale Liquor licenses for the premises located at 605 West 7�' Street in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the former sole shazeholder, David Wildmo, died on August 23, 2002, and
probate of the estate of the deceased resulted in the stock shazes being transferred to Mary J.
Wildmo, who is also the new President of Osceola Pariners, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Saint Paul L.egislative Code § 40911(c) requires the City Council to consent
to the transfer of stock in any corporate license; and
WHEREAS, the corporate officers must notify the city council whenever any change is
made in the officers of any such corporation; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby approves and consents to the transfer of the
sharesin Osceola Partners,Inc. d/b/a Glockenspiel.
