Resolved, That, upon the petition of
Howard H. and Eunice Gelb, that
section' of public alley hereinafter
described be and the same hereby is
"vacated and discontinued, as a public
alley: r
All that part bf the alley or public
way between Blocks B and C,
Beaver Lake Heights, lying west-
erly of a line running parallel with
the center line of Iroquois Avenue
E from the southwest corner of Lot
20," Block 18, Beaver Lake Heights,
to the northwest corner pf Lot 21
in said Block 18;
subject tb the following 'bonditions
and reservations: 4 ,
1.- that the vacation be subject to
all the terms and conditions of Section
228 of - the Legislative Code, as
amended, regulating = the .procedure
and prescribing conditions for" the va-
cation,of public grounds, streets, alleys
and highways in the City of St. Paul;
2. that specific easements be retained,
to protect the interests" of the North-
ern Stakes', Power Company and the
Northwestern Bell ,Telephone Com-
pany; 1
3. that petitioners pay to the City
the sum, of $425 as. compensation for
the vacation and provide the City
with a bond iri the amount of $1,000.1
