This is written in response to the application for a
permit to construct a 42 car parking lot by Dennis M.
Dietsch at-the southwest corner of Fifth & Rosabel
Streets described as Lots 1 & 2, Block 14, Whitney
Smith's Addition.
At the April 21, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the
staff reported that the Traffic Engineer has reviewed
the plans as to traffic and recommends approval. The
plan meets the design standards for this type of
facility. Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends
approval of the application to construct the parking
lot.
