1 WHEREAS, Saint Paul Parks and Reaeation is having it's Annua] Division Conference on Wednesday,
2 October 26, 2005 from 8:00 a.m. to 1230 p.m. at Hamet Island Wi�in�on Pavillion; and
4 WHEREAS, Samt Paul Parks and Recreation has required all full hme employees to attend; and
6 WHEREAS, Saint Paul Parks and Recreation is requestin� permission to spend up to 5�00 to provide
7 refreshments for all attendees; and
4 WHEREAS, the public purpose of the conference is to _ 1) provide training, 2) spec�fic pro�ect updates,
10 3) coordinahon of inihatives, and 4) recognition for performance achievements.

12 THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, that Samt Paul Parks and Recreation is authorized to expend up to $500
13 of city funds on refreshments for those in attendance of the conference.

The Saint Paul Pazks and Recreation's Annual Division Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 from 8 a.m to 1230
p.m at the Harriet Island Wigington Pavilion. This is an opportunity to provide I�aiving and recognition for performance acluevements
for all of the 300 full tine employees.
