RESOLVED, That St. John's Hospital be and hereby is
granted a permit to construct a 95 -car parking lot on property
located at the northeast side of Maria Avenue between Sixth
and Seventh Streets, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 2, Auditorts Subdivision No. 19 St. Paul
Minn., and Lots 3, 4,5 and 6, Block 2, Reed's Place;
all in accordance with final plans dated Received April 14,
1966; subject to the condition that said applicant- permittee,
and his successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a
permit by St. John's Hospital to construct a 95 -car
parking lot at the northeast side of Maria Avenue
between Sixth and Seventh Streets, described as Lots
2, Block 2, Auditor's Subdivision # 19, and Lots 3,
4, 5, and 6, Block 2, Reed's Place.
At the April 21, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the
staff reported that the plan meets the design stan-
dards for this type facility. The Traffic Engineer
has reviewed the plan as to traffic and recommends
approval. Therefore, it is the recommendation of
the Board -of Zoning that the application be granted.

St. Johns Hospital for permit to develop with a 95 -car parking lot
