RESOLVED, upon the appeal of Kraus- Anderson of Saint Paul Company, for a waiver of the eight(8) foot parking lot buffer requirement for parking adjacent to residential use, oh property on the south side of Smith Ave. between W. It was agreed by Mr. Schmuckler and our company that trees would be planted on his property and be maintained by him and that we would pay $150.00 of the original planting cost. The trees were planted last fall and we have paid Mr. Schmuckler the $150.00 as agreed. Attached find a copy of Schmuckler Construction Company invoice to us for the planting and a copy of our check in payment of their invoice.
