WHEREAS, in order to align precinct boundaries with
the 1966 Legislative District boundaries, it is necessary
to redistrict certain voting precincts of the City, pursuant
to the laws of the State of Minnesota provided therefor, and
the Election Committee of the City Council having made its
recommendation to the City Council and in its report having
divided, consolidated and rearranged certain voting precincts
of the City; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the voting precincts named below be divided,
consolidated and rearranged in accordance with the findings of
the Election Committee; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That resolution of the Council, Council
File No. 204502, approved October 25, 1961, defining the
precinct boundaries of Wards 1 to 120 inclusive, as modified
and amended by resolution of the Council, Council File No.
225824, approved November 4, 1965, is hereby further modified
and amended by asserting the following boundaries for the pre-
cincts, designated herein in place of the boundaries as
heretofore defined by Council File No. 204502, as amended; and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That said findings of the Election
Committee are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is directed
to place in- effect the new boundaries and to post a copy in
his office, said new boundaries to become effective August 15,
1966.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES, CITY OF ST. PAUL,
AUGUST 15, 1966.
WHEREAS,. In order to align precinct boundaries with the 1966
Legislative District boundaries, it is necessary to re- district certain
voting precincts of the City, pursuant to the laws of the State of
Minnesota provided therefor, and the Election Committee of the City
Council having made its recommendation to the City Council and in its
report having divided, consolidated and rearranged certain voting
precincts of the City; therefor, be it
RESOLVED, That the voting precincts named below be divided, con-
solidated and rearranged in accordance with the findings of the Election
Committee; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That Council File No. 204,502, approved October 25,
1961, defining the precinct boundaries of Wards 1 to 12 inclusive, is
amended by inserting the following boundaries for the precincts named in
place of the boundaries defined by Council File No. 2o4,502; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That said findings of the Election Committee are
hereby approved, and the City Clerk is directed to place in effect the
new boundaries and to post a copy in his office, said new boundaries to
become effective August 15, 19660

COMMISSIONE
WHEREAS, in order to align precinct boundaries with
the 1966 Legislative District boundaries, it is necessary
to redistrict certain voting precincts of the City, pursuant
to the laws of the State of Minnesota provided therefor, and
the Election Committee of the City Council having made its
recommendation to the City Council and in its report having
divided, consolidated and rearranged certain voting precincts
of the City; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the voting precincts named below be divided,
consolidated and rearranged in accordance with the findings of
the Election Committee; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That resolution of the Council, Council
File No. 204502, approved October 25, 1961, defining the
precinct boundaries of Wards 1 to 12, inclusive, as modified
and amended by resolution of the Council, Council File No.
225824, approved November 4, 1965, is hereby further modified
and amended by asserting the following boundaries for the pre-
cincts, designated herein in place of the boundaries as
heretofore defined by Council File No. 204502, as amended; and
