TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Housing
and Redevelopment Act, Chapter 487, Laws of Minnesota
of 1947, Article 2, Subdivision 6, and Chapter 514,
as Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, I hereby
appoint Commissioner Victor J. Tedesco, 1667 Conway, St.
Paul, Minnesota, as Commissioner on the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, for the period from June 10, 1966 to November
13, 1968.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto signed my name as
Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and caused
the official Corporate Seal of the said City to be
impressed hereon this 10th day of June in the year
Nineteen Hundred and Sixty -Six.
