appointee to succeed Commissioner Milton Rosen with regard to his service as
a Minneapolis -Saint Paul Metropolitan Airports Commissioner.
Commissioner Rosen's appointment was made pursuant to the action contained in
St. Paul Council File 218461, dated June 3, 1964.
Please return two of the copies to this office when completed, together with a
certified copy of Council action on this appointment, so one copy of each may
be filed with the Secretary of the State of Minnesota. The Oath of Office does
not become effective until filed with,the Secretary of State.
