WHEREAS, said Commission, in a letter dated June 2, 1966, from Francis
M. Tompkins, Executive Secretary, to Robert B. Gerber, City Clerk, a copy
of which is hereto attached, has requested that the City Council approves
said contracts and authorizes the proper city officials to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Saint Paul; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby concurs
in, ratifies and approves the action of the Hospital Facility Building
Commission in the premises and authorizes the proper city officials to
execute the afDrementioned contracts on behalf of the city.
