authorizes and directs the proper City officers to execute Quit
Claim Deeds conveying the City's interest in the following des-
cribed property to the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul
in exchange for the Authority's future conveyance of certain
property required for the operation and maintenance of the West_

Subject to temporary permit, dated December 171 1965,
to construct bridge in the vicinity of Minnetonka Street
and the Mississippi River as.granted by the City of St.
Paul to the State of Minnesota; a tract of land being
parts of Blocks 18, 19, and 20, Town of Brooklynd, with
accretions and increments accruing thereto, bounded on
the northeast by the northeast line of Chester Street
vacated and the northwesterly extension thereof; on the
northwest by the Mississippi River; and on the southwest
and southeast by a line described as follows: Commencing
at the northeast corner of the intersection of Chester
Street and Alabama Street; thence northwesterly on a
straight line along the northeastExly line of Chester
Street a distance of 230.97 feet to a point, said point
being the point of beginning of the line to be described;
thence on a straight line at an angle to the left of
880301 a distance of 91.19 feet to a point; thence on a
straight line at an angle to the right of 15031' a distance
of 54.41 feet to a point; thence on a straight line at
an angle to the left of 34022+ 'a distance of 79.78 feet
to a point; thence on a straight line at an angle to
