RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and. directed to execute an amendment to Comptroller's
Agreement No. 1+15 between the City of Saint Paul and
Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates, Inc., for
engineering services in conducting a study and making report
with reference to sewer rate and cost apportionment to suburban
areas, the total amount to be expended by the City for such
services to be not in excess of $14,500.00, and said agreement
to be in form approved by the Corporation Counsel.
