RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM WHEREAS, the Sinking Fund Committee of the City of Saint Paul has designated the American National Bank and Trust Co. as a depository for receiving and holding funds and moneys of said City and has fixed the sum of $270,000 as the maximum! amount to be deposited in said Bank and has requested the sum of $300,000 as collateral to secure such funds and moneys; now, therefore, be it �� 1.
