PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORN Public Works /) ., COUNCIL 22893 FILE N - - June 3. 1 WHEREAS, The final costs for the repair and reconstruction of the Mississippi Street Bridge over the right-of-way and tracks of the Northern Pacific Railway Company, Comptroller's Contract L -6607, have been determined , and, • WHEREAS, upon final allocation of funds from which the above improvement was to be paid, it was found that the amount originally set up for its financing is in- sufficient to meet the final costs and that an additional amount of $7,309.10 will be required; therefore be it If RESOLVED, That the amount of $7009.10 be financed from the City's Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 0920 -701 to finance the additional cost of the above improvement.
