RESOLVED, That the Church of St. Leo, owner of the subject premises,
known as the west 420 ft. of Block 7, Otto's Addition, St. Paul, Minnesota;
hereby is granted a permit, pursuant to their application therefor, to con-
struct a new driveway entrance on the north side of Bohland Avenue approxi-
mately 20 ft. east of the property line on Cleveland Avenue and not to exceed
43 ft. in width, and to thereafter maintain and operate the same as so con-
structed, subject to said permittee 's compliance with all applicable State
Statutes, City Ordinances and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance and to be constructed as shown on the attached plan and made
a part thereof.
