RESOLVED, That Central Medical Building, Inc., owner
of the subject real estate, be and hereby is granted a
permit to develop and operate a 327 -car facility for parking
in conjunction with a medical office building on property
located on the north side of Interstate #94 between Griggs
and Dunlap Streets, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 39 4, 99 10, 11, and 12, and the Easterly
35 feet, front and rear, of Lots 5, and 8, all in
Block 6, Midway Industrial Division, together with
an easement over the Southerly 40 feet, except the
Easterly 35, front and rear, feet of Lot 8, Block
6, Midway Industrial Division;
all in accordance with the final plans dated Received March
3, 1966; and provided that the applicant improve Bigelow
Street between Dunlap and Griggs Streets according to the
specifications of the Department of Public Works so as to
provide for adequate traffic movement; and subject further
to the condition that said applicant- permittee, and his
successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations.of public authorities
having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a Permit to
develop a 327 -car parking facility on property located -on the north
side of Interstate # 94 between Griggs and Dunlap Streets by the
Central Medical Building Incorporated. This property is described
as Lots 1, 2, 3, 45 9, 10, 11, and 12, and the Easterly 35 feet,
front and rear, of Lots 5, and 8, all in Block 6, Midway Industrial
Division, together with an easement over the Southerly 40,feet,
except the Easterly 35, front and rear, feet of Lot 8, Block 6,
Midway Industrial Division.
At the March 3, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the staff reported
that the propertyias being" developed with a medical office building.
The Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plans as to traffic and
recommends approval, and the staff recommends that the plans meet
the design standards for this type facility. However, since Dunlap
is shown on the plan as a dead -end street, it is recommended either
that a turn- around on Dunlap Street be provided or that Bigelow
Street be improved between Dunlap and Griggs Streets, so as to pro-
vide for adequate traffic movement. The applicant has agreed to
the improvement of Bigelow Street. It'is the finding, therefore,
of the Board that the application for a Permit be granted subject
to the improvement of Bigelow Street.

St. Paul at 10:00 a.m. on April 7, 1966, on the application of
Central Medical Building Inc. for permit to develop site with a
327 -par parking lot on the following property: Lots 1, 23 3, 43
9, 100 11 and 12 and the easterly 35 ft. front and rear, of Lots 5,
and 8, all in Block 6, Midway Industrial Division, together with an
easement over the southerly 40 feet, except the easterly 35 feet
