COUNCIL RE$OLUTION— GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, That Phillips Petroleum Co. be permitted to install
and operate a new gasoline filling station on property located on
the southeasterly pide of West Seventh Street from approximately
the westerly line of May Street extended and thence northeasterly
a distance of 200 feet, .on Lots 7 through 10, Block 1, Park
Addition, in accordance with final plans dated received October
81 1965; subject to the condition that said applicant- permittee
and its successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of municipal ordinances, State statutes
and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
