RESOLVED, That the Plans and Specifications for the
reconstruction of the ornamental lighting system on Kellogg
Boulevard from Sibley Street to West Seventh Street, as
submitted herewith prepared by the Lighting Bureau under
the direction of the Commissioned,", of Public Utilities,
be and the same are hereby approved, the same being
satisfactory to the Commissioner of Public Utilities, and,
the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise for
bids thereon in the manner provided in and by the Charter.
