PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT
and
PRELIMINARY ORDER.
The undersigned hereby proposesthemakingof thefollowingpublic improvement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.:
in the matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement 20 feet in width for the'
purpose of constructing and maintaining a public storm water sewer on, under and
across a portion of the SE ' of Section 29, Township 29 North, Range 22 west, the
centerline of said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the centerline of the alley
in Block 5, Phalen Heights Park Addition and the east property line of Lot
lk,tproduced; thence approximately 260 feet due north to Lake Phalen.
Also, temporary construction easements 15 feet in width on each side and
adjacent to the above described permanent easement.
PRELIMINARY ORDER.
WHEREAS, A written proposal for the making of the following improvement, viz.:

2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of said improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commissioner of Finance.
